Every large media company, broadcaster, sports organization, and enterprise is sitting on years of video they cannot easily search, reuse, or monetize.

LuminaCore AI is building the intelligence layer between raw enterprise video storage and the publishing, archive, and AI workflows that depend on it. Our platform indexes large video archives and makes moments searchable in plain language, returning the exact timestamped result in seconds.

Competitors edit videos. LuminaCore AI understands it.

We are an NVIDIA Inception member, currently raising our seed round, with deep video infrastructure experience from Netflix on the founding team and a live product already in the market.

The role

We are looking for a US-based sales partner to help open and close commercial opportunities across media, sports, broadcast, archives, and enterprise content teams.

This is a part-time, outcome-based role for someone who already has relevant relationships or knows how to build a pipeline in a new category.

You will identify buyers, run outbound, qualify opportunities, and help move deals from first conversation to demo, pilot, and close. The founders will support technical demos, enterprise conversations, and larger strategic accounts.

There is no mature playbook yet. You will help shape it.

What you will do

  • Identify and research target buyers across media, sports, broadcast, archives, and enterprise content teams
  • Build pipeline through outbound, warm intros, events, and your network
  • Qualify accounts based on archive size, search pain, deployment needs, budget, and urgency
  • Run the sales process from first conversation to demo, pilot scope, and close
  • Work with the founders on technical demos and larger strategic opportunities
  • Convert self-serve trials or inbound interest into paid plans where relevant
  • Feed back what you learn on pricing, objections, packaging, and buyer urgency

Who you are

  • 3+ years selling SaaS, software, AI tools, media technology, or enterprise platforms
  • A true hunter who can build pipeline from scratch
  • Existing network in media, sports, broadcast, archives, content operations, or enterprise video is a major advantage
  • Comfortable selling a technical product to both business and technical stakeholders
  • Self-directed, low-ego, and comfortable operating before everything is fully defined
  • Able to work closely with a technical founder across US / India time zones

This role may be a fit if

  • You already know buyers in media, sports, broadcast, archives, or enterprise content
  • You can source qualified conversations without a big sales team around you
  • You are comfortable with commission-based, outcome-driven work

This role is not a fit if

  • You are looking for a full-time salaried role today
  • You are a generic lead-generation agency
  • You do not have relevant US buyer access or enterprise software sales experience
  • You need a mature playbook, CRM, quota, and sales team already in place

Compensation

  • This is a commission-based, part-time 1099 role.
  • 20-25% of first-year revenue on qualified deals you source and close, paid on cash collected
  • Small renewal residual for accounts you originate
  • No commission cap
  • Large strategic and defense accounts will be handled jointly with the founders
  • For a standout performer, this can grow into a full-time GTM role with equity as the seed round closes
